A Fulton County judge has tossed a $2 million legal malpractice verdict after learning that the lawyer-defendant had sued a juror in the case on behalf of a client in 1992.
Both the lawyer, Steven K. Leibel of Dahlonega, and the juror, Alpharetta Mayor Arthur Letchas, have said they did not remember the 1992 case during jury selection last year.
