For those not dissuaded by the need to raise staggering sums of money to campaign for a state judicial seat, another opportunity has emerged. Court of Appeals Judge Edward H. Johnson announced at the Amelia Island, Fla., meeting that he will not seek re-election when his term ends in 13 months.
