After helping to start the Atlanta office of Hunton & Williams 20 years ago, L. Traywick Duffie has left the firm for labor and employment boutique Littler Mendelson, where he is a shareholder.

“For my particular practice and what I want to do as I continue my career, I thought Littler provided a more attractive platform,” said Duffie. “The resources and footprint allow me to do what I do in a more cost-effective and value-added way than where I was,” he said, adding, “It was a very hard decision. I considered it awhile.”
