Seyfarth Shaw has beefed up its local corporate group with a three-partner tech transaction and outsourcing team from Alston & Bird: Robert C. Reynolds Jr., Shawn K. Baldwin and S. Joel Cartee.
The firm also has added two labor and employment partners from Troutman Sanders: Robert C. Stevens and Benjamin D. Briggs. All were partners at their prior firms.
