A DeKalb Superior Court judge has rejected a request by an abortion clinic to seal a lawsuit filed against the clinic.
Northside Women’s Clinic said the suit should be sealed because of the potential threat of violence and physical harm to the clinic’s doctors and employees. In an oral argument and written pleadings, the clinic’s attorneys had repeatedly referenced the recent slaying of a Kansas abortion doctor.
