A Gwinnett County judge has ordered a former executive of an Atlanta financial services firm to pay about $1.8 million for giving himself unauthorized payments, stealing trade secrets and destroying evidence.
Gwinnett County Superior Court Judge Thomas N. Davis Jr. issued the judgment against Aaron Prisco on July 22. The award of $1,762,608 includes $500,000 in punitive damages and $320,000 in attorney fees and expenses.
