FSB Legal counsel has added several attorneys from practice areas that have been hit hard by the recession, including banking, finance and real estate.

“Because of the way the firm is structured, it allows us to build practices where other firms are constrained by cost,” said the firm’s managing member, Kevin E. Broyles. “There is some real estate work out there still, and for a company looking to save money, we’re the best option,” he added. FSB attorneys work from their own offices, which keeps overhead and rates low.
