A CLASS ACTION recently filed in Fulton County Superior Court could result in thousands of Georgia retirees and their survivors being awarded damages for more than two decades of miscalculated monthly deductions.
Using a successful effort to mount a class action against the state Teachers Retirement System over miscalculated benefits as a template, the same attorneys are mounting a similar effort on behalf of certain members of the Employees’ Retirement System of Georgia.
