FOUR EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION PARTNERS in Constangy Brooks & Smith’s 11-lawyer Birmingham, Ala., office have decamped to open a local office for national labor and employment firm Jackson Lewis.
Thomas A. Davis, Tammy L. Baker, David T. Wiley and Shannon L. Miller launched the Jackson Lewis office May 16, after spending their entire careers at Constangy, because they wanted a national footprint, said Davis, the resident partner for the new Jackson Lewis office.
