SINCE LEAVING OFFICE in 2003 and returning to private law practice, former Gov. Roy Barnes has had little trouble drumming up business.
Last month Barnes teamed up with former Attorney General Michael J. Bowers to represent two Marietta businessmen suing PricewaterhouseCoopers. While a jury rejected the request by Barnes’ clients for $400 million, the accounting giant still had to pay $10 million for negligent misrepresentation.
