AMERICA’S CAPITAL Partners is considering demolishing a four-story building at newly acquired Peachtree Center and plans to spend about $70 million in improvements to the complex.

John R. Ward, a vice president and regional partner with Miami-based America’s Capital Partners, said the company is looking at many options for the 45,000-square-foot building at 231 Peachtree Center Ave. The building once housed the Midnight Sun Dinner Theatre and is home to IKON Office Solutions.
