Marianes and fellow McGuireWoods partner Andrew J. Cataldo were lead counsel to Atlantan David Davoudpour’s Royal Hospitality Corp. on its purchase of the Shoney’s restaurant brand from Lone Star Funds, a Texas private equity firm. Terms weren’t disclosed.
