Schiff Hardin has snagged four transactional lawyers from Epstein Becker & Green: Preston C. Delashmit and Robert E. Lesser, who join as partners, and Randolph R. Smith Jr. and Danielle R. Doerhoff, who join as associates. The group, which specializes in the design and implementation of Employee Stock Ownership Plans and leveraged ESOP transactions, joins Schiff Hardin’s corporate and securities as well as its employee benefits and executive compensation groups.
Delashmit and Lesser joined Epstein Becker as partners two years ago from Holland & Knight’s corporate group, bringing Smith along as an associate. They were part of a group of six Holland & Knight lawyers who left that firm in 2005 for Epstein Becker & Green, which launched an Atlanta office in 2000 with health law and labor and employment practices.
