TWO ALSTON & BIRD associates have started their own plaintiffs firm after convincing former Fulton Superior Court Judge M. Gino Brogdonto leave a partnership at Alston to join them. The firm, Brogdon, Davis & Adams, opened June 1 in Decatur.
Brogdon’s new partner, Jesse A. Davis III, said he was chafing at the lack of opportunity to get into a courtroom. Over lunch at Midtown’s Twisted Taco, he told fellow third-year associate Chad K. Adamsthat he wanted to leave Alston & Bird to do plaintiffs’ work. Adams decided to join him, and the two asked Brogdon to come along as well.
