A FULTON COUNTY JURY last week awarded a former architectural draftsman more than $11 million for injuries that left him severely brain-damaged during a collision between a tractor-trailer and the pickup truck he was driving.

Danny Denson, 56, was turning left onto Butner Road from Camp Creek Parkway in southwest Atlanta on Aug. 3, 2004, when, according to trial documents, a tractor-trailer driven by William McNally hit Denson’s truck.
