Moore advised Security Bank Corp. of Macon on its $56.6 million all-stock acquisition of First Commerce Community Bankshares Inc. Powell advised First Commerce, which operates First Commerce Community Bank of Douglasville. The deal requires regulatory approval and the approval of First Commerce shareholders.
