MARK R. SWANSON has given up his solo practice to join longtime client Formetco Inc. as its full-time general counsel.
Swanson, a business litigator, began representing Formetco more than 20 years ago while at Powell Goldstein, and the relationship has continued ever since. Swanson said that as Formetco has expanded, his work for the company has increased, leading it to establish the in-house position. The Duluth company manufactures large vinyl sheets and other billboard components for the outdoor advertising industry.
