Rest assured, the food is good. The flat iron steak and seared salmon my wife and I had on a recent evening were both exceptional. The vegetables, though, are unquestionably king-fresh, organic, seasonal and, did I mention, fresh Cauliflower, beets, sweet corn, radishes, fava beans, turnips, artichokes, squash, black olives and others by the bushel give color and shape to every dish.
