THE CITY OF ATLANTA’S agreement to gain control of a crucial segment of the proposed BeltLine near Piedmont Park is keeping at least 16 lawyers busy.
Atlanta BeltLine Inc., a city agency, earlier this month formed a joint venture with two private developers to acquire 65 acres in the northeast quadrant of the BeltLine from Gwinnett County businessman Wayne Mason.
