ARTHUR BLANK AND HIS AMB Group LLC leaned on three teams of Atlanta attorneys to implement an unusual approach to extend the brand of his Atlanta Falcons-opening a line of physical therapy centers under the team name.

According to the firms, King & Spalding partners Michael J. Egan and Robert M. Keenan III served as general counsel on the project; Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough partner Jeffrey C. Baxter and associate Keri F. Conley were health care counsel; and Hartman, Simons, Spielman & Wood advised on real estate matters.
