OGLETREE, DEAKINS, Nash, Smoak & Stewart has opened an office in St. Louis and will add another in Detroit on Sept. 1, for a total of 32 offices nationwide. It has already opened five offices this year, said firm spokeswoman Karen Gonzales.
The firm opened the St. Louis office with three shareholders: Gregg M. Lemley and Heidi Kuns Durr joined the firm from Bryan Cave, and Tim A. Garnett, who previously worked at Bryan Cave, joined from Kinder Morgan, where he was in-house counsel. Lemley and Garnett will co-manage the new office.
