J. Todd Butler has rejoined Holland & Knight’s corporate group as a partner from Epstein Becker & Green.

At the beginning of 2005, Butler and four other lawyers from Holland & Knight, including the former Atlanta managing partner, left for Epstein Becker. The group’s four transactional lawyers had carved out a specialty in designing leveraged employee stock ownership plans ESOPs for middle-market companies. But Butler said a client conflict precluded him from joining the other members of the group, Preston C. Delashmit, Robert E. Lesser and Randolph R. Smith Jr., when they decamped for Schiff Hardin earlier this year.
