MIAMI AP – Defense lawyers for six men facing a second trial on charges of plotting to attack Chicago’s Sears Tower and FBI offices claim there are signs the deck is being stacked against them.

The presiding judge’s decision to keep jurors anonymous and partly sequestered could make the panel more likely to convict, the defense attorneys said. And federal prosecutors intend to introduce new evidence against the group’s alleged ringleader portraying him as a Muslim fanatic, his lawyer said.
