The Supreme Court of Georgia once again has tossed a Fulton County murder case on the grounds that prosecutors took too long to bring the case to trial.

The unanimous ruling lifting murder charges against two men for a 1999 killing was among 23 other decisions issued Tuesday. In another case, the court ruled in favor of Georgia Power in a multimillion dollar tax dispute with Monroe County.
