One of the largest multifamily residential developers in the Southeast, Wood Partners LLC of Atlanta, is now part of the world’s largest commercial real estate services company. The deal meant hundreds of hours of work for Morris, Manning & Martin partner Frank B. Bazzel and more than 30 other attorneys at the firm.
