Lawyer wants to depose Michael Vick in lawsuit against Marcus Vick

RICHMOND, Va. AP – A teenager who claims in a multimillion-dollar lawsuit that she had an almost two-year sexual relationship with former Miami Dolphins player Marcus Vick is hoping Vick’s imprisoned brother Michael Vick will corroborate her claims.

In papers filed in Carroll County Circuit Court this week, the 18-year-old asked a judge to compel the former Atlanta Falcons quarterback to give a sworn statement about what he knows about the alleged relationship.
