Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice has added three attorneys to its Capital markets group. Richard T. Hills has returned to the firm as of counsel from a post as general counsel at MagnetBank, one of the firm’s clients. Hills was an associate at Womble Carlyle for nine years before going in-house.
David W. Adams has joined the firm as an associate from Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, and Robert C. “Robin” Ralls, who also joined as an associate, received his law degree from Emory University this year.
