Cary Ichter has left Thompson Hine for Adorno & Yoss, attracted by a more promising platform for his business litigation practice as well as greater diversity, he said. Ichter started at Adorno & Yoss on Monday, bringing two associates, Patricia A. Roy and Adriana R. Midence and a paralegal, Janis Lemieux.

Ichter joined Cleveland-based Thompson Hine almost two years ago from Birmingham’s Balch & Bingham, which launched an Atlanta outpost in 2003 by absorbing his former firm, Meadows Ichter & Bowers, a litigation boutique.
