William J. Atkins and James A. Attwood have opened their own litigation firm, Atkins & Attwood. The two will handle civil rights, personal injury, employment and business cases for plaintiffs and defendants, as well as some employment counseling.
“We have a real passion for trial work and plaintiffs’ work-and a strong entrepreneurial streak,” said Atkins. “We thought we’d see if we could put together a practice that is lucrative but also rewarding on a different level, where you feel good about what you’re doing and who you’re doing it with.”
