City authorities said that Monday’s state Supreme Court decision against the funding mechanism for the BeltLine would not stop the project.
Mayor Shirley Franklin, standing with City Attorney Elizabeth B. “Beth” Chandler and others, said “This was unanticipated and unexpected, but in spite of that we are optimistic about the BeltLine.”
