As the biggest players in paper manufacturing trade assets amid a period of reshuffled strategic priorities, Rogers & Hardin partner Alan C. Leet advised a local client on its own big move.
Leet was lead corporate counsel to Rock-Tenn Co. on its $993 million acquisition of Southern Container Corp., which makes containerboard and corrugated packaging. The purchase makes Norcross-based Rock-Tenn the eighth-largest manufacturer of containerboard in North America, the company said.
