SUTHERLAND ASBILL & BRENNAN partner Philip H. Mose advised a DeKalb County drug developer on a recent multimillion dollar investment from a group that includes one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.

Metastatix Inc., of Tucker, this week said it received a $3.6 million investment from a coalition of venture capitalists. The company will use the proceeds to help it develop small-molecule drug therapies used in treating cancer and the HIV virus.
