Last week New York Times reporter Judith Miller was released from jail after cutting a deal to identify her source to the grand jury investigating the outing of CIA operative Valerie Plame. Since then there has been a steady stream of Monday morning quarterbacks questioning everything from Miller’s journalistic fortitude to the effectiveness of her lawyers.
