A judge in Little Rock, Ark., has taken a rare approach to a white-hot issue. He tackled the question of whether it harms children to put them in the care of homosexuals.
It seems a state board banned gays from serving as foster parents, and it fell to Circuit Judge Timothy Fox to decide the rule’s constitutionality.
