KENAN G. LOOMIS and Alycen A. Moss have left Smith Moore, where Loomis was the Atlanta managing partner, for Cozen O’Connor, where both are members of the firm.
“Cozen offered a national platform which would allow me to do what I do all over the country,” said Loomis, who defends first-party claims against insurance carriers in the life, health and disability area along with some general business litigation. Moss works with Loomis on insurance matters and also handles labor and employment and general business litigation.
