Adorno & Yoss continues to expand its Atlanta office at a time when many local and national firms are instituting hiring freezes or contracting because of the recession. The firm has added 13 lawyers-eight partners and five associates-in the past three months, bringing the Atlanta head count to 45 attorneys. Adorno & Yoss also has a 10-lawyer Norcross office that handles real estate closings and default work.
Jeffery B. Arnold, previously a partner at Duane Morris, joined the firm as a partner at the beginning of February. He is a patent attorney and former chemical engineer for Texaco.
