A FEDERAL APPEALS panel has for the second time allowed a racketeering suit by current and former employees of Mohawk Industries to go forward.

The North Georgia carpet maker had won a temporary victory last June when the U.S. Supreme Court told the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider its decision clearing the way for the suit, in which the plaintiffs contend that Mohawk’s alleged hiring of illegal immigrants has kept wages for all of its workers down.
