ROBERT M. DARROCH and four associates have decamped from Mabry & McClelland for Goodman McGuffey Lindsey & Johnson. Darroch, who represents insurance companies and self-insured corporations, joins as a partner and Samantha R. Johnson, Adam C. Joffe, Julia A. Teske and Constance B. Woods join as associates.

Edwin L. Hamilton, whose practice focuses on alternative dispute resolution, also has joined Goodman McGuffey from Mabry & McClelland as of counsel. Hamilton, who will telecommute from Jacksonville, Fla., was previously in-house counsel at Home Depot, according to court filings.
