Litigator Jason M. Freier has been a sports fan ever since he was a kid playing stickball and baseball in the streets of New York. Now Freier’s love of the game has reached a new level, as he and other investors in a local company called Hardball Capital last week purchased the Fort Wayne Wizards, a minor league affiliate of the San Diego Padres.
