THE SUPREME COURT of Georgia disbarred an attorney convicted of child-sex offenses and suspended another attorney who the Georgia State Bar says didn’t keep a client informed about the progress of his case.
Timothy Allen Hickey Jr. of Atlanta was disbarred based on his child-sex convictions last year in DeKalb County.
