THE WAVE OF associate salary increases that started last week in New York has reached Atlanta, with Troutman Sanders raising its pay for first-year attorneys from $115,000 to $125,000.
Troutman’s chairman and managing partner, Robert W. Webb Jr., on Wednesday confirmed that the firm had raised associate pay in all its U.S. offices.
