STATE REP. EDWARD Lindsey and Southeastern Legal Foundation director Shannon L. Goessling agreed to disagree on whether Georgia’s method of financing judicial elections needs to be changed.
Lindsey, a Republican lawmaker from Buckhead, said during a Thursday forum something must be done to fix the rising influence of special-interest groups on judicial elections.
