RICHARD B. HERZOG JR. became the new president of the Atlanta Bar Association at its annual meeting Tuesday at the Capital City Club. Herzog, a partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, accepted the leadership gavel from outgoing president Elizabeth A. “Liz” Price of Alston & Bird.

Price presented the Charles E. Watkins award for service to the Atlanta Bar to Jeffrey O. Bramlett of Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore, the Professionalism award to Chief Judge Benjamin W. Studdard III of Henry County State Court and the Pro Bono award to Lynn M. Roberson of Swift Currie McGhee & Hiers.
