LAWYERS FROM Morris, Manning & Martin figured a bunch of fantasy role-playing game enthusiasts might be the perfect guinea pigs for using computer software to help close a deal.

Morris Manning client White Wolf Publishing Inc., based in Stone Mountain, agreed to be acquired last year by an Icelandic company, CCP Games hf. White Wolf publishes printed science fiction, horror and fantasy role-playing games, while CCP is a developer of Internet-based role-playing games. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Both companies are privately owned and neither discloses sales figures.
