CLOSING A billion-dollar deal is rare enough, said King & Spalding partner Joshua M. Kamin. Closing two billion-dollar deals simultaneously is like a Halley’s Comet sighting.
But Kamin and fellow partner William B. Fryer pulled off the feat last month when they advised GE Real Estate on two separate transactions, one valued at more than $2 billion, the other slightly less than $1 billion.
