The most striking finding of the BTI Consulting Group’s recently released national Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms is the relatively small number that were highly rated.

The document states, “BTI’s exclusive research reveals that Fortune 1000 companies are largely dissatisfied with their law firms. Just 34.6 percent recommend their primary law firm. Clients tell us that most law firms are simply meeting expectations and very few are exceeding them.”
