LEGISLATORS WHO have proposed bumping judges’ pay and watched some of Atlanta’s biggest law firms offer rookie lawyers $130,000 a year have introduced a bill that would give top prosecutors a $19,995 raise.

The raise would increase each DA’s state-funded base salary from $107,905 to $127,900. Some DAs also receive pay supplements from their judicial circuits.
