The firm’s local banking practice was busy with restructure-related work and heightened industry regulatory enforcement. “In 2011 we anticipate that our partners will benefit from the continued upward trend in mergers and acquisitions activity and an increase in regulatory-related litigation such as finance, antitrust and securities,” predicted Atlanta managing partner Thomas R. McNeill.
