The South Carolina-based firm opened its Atlanta office in 1992. According to local managing partner Michael E. Hollingsworth II, the Atlanta office has one of the largest corporate practices in the city with more than 40 lawyersroughly half of its Atlanta attorneys. Hollingsworth predicted the transactional practices should get a lift from the overall improvement in the market in 2011.
