The Atlanta office, which opened in 1996, is its second largest, following Los Angeles. Atlanta managing partner Cameron S. Pierce said the firm anticipates an increase in wage-and-hour collective action cases, particularly in the health care and financial services industries. We also expect to see continued focus on wage-and-hour claims in the retail industry, he added. Additionally, we’re seeing an upward trend in EEOC charges in all industry areas.
